The juvenile justice system is a hybrid between civil law and criminal law. Although the criminal offenses alleged in the juvenile and adult criminal justice system are the same, the approach and the purpose behind the systems differ. Juvenile records can have lasting consequences on your child. If your child has been charged with a criminal offense it is important to hire a criminal defense attorney that is experienced in juvenile law to navigate you and your child through every step of the process.
